Working principle of high pressure overhang roll mill:
In the main frame, a 100-1500 kg powered pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the ring pressed by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. And its rolling pressure ration is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power condition and the production output is raised to substantial degree. When materials are sent into the mill body, the blades scoop up materials to the rolls for grinding, powder are sent to the analyzer by the closed-circuit airflow, after separating, qualified materials are discharged from the discharging pipe, the unqualified materials will be sent for re-grinding, airflow repeating this current through blower fan, the redundant air will be cleaned by the bag de-duster. When a certain degree of wear of roller and ring is affected, it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring. High pressure overhang roll mill is mainly formed by mill body, blower fan, ultra-fine analyzer finished product cyclone container, bag de-duster and air pipe; the elevator, storage bin, electric control cabinet, powder feeder and crusher are optional for the demands of customers. In the grinding chamber of the high pressure Raymond mill, the roll assembly is hanged on the roll supporter through the cross arm bearing, the roll supporter connects with the main shaft and blades, high pressure springs press the rolls tightly to the chamber, when the main motor starts, the blades and rolls rotate together; the analyzer is driven by transmission device and the speed of analyzer determines the fineness of materials.
Advantages of high pressure overhang roll mill:
1. About 10-20% of output and 800-1200Kg of pressure enhancement by the high pressure spring compared with other mills.
2. Available for mine materials with hohs hardness less than 9.3.
3. Up to 0.613mm (30 mesh) of fineness; normally, 0.033mm (425 mesh) can be easily reached, some can reach as small as 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
4. The de-dusting effect is fully comply with national standard.
5. Easy adjustment.
6. High airproof ability with multi-grade sealing device.
Precautions for using of high pressure overhang roll mill:
1. Leave space over the mill for lifting equipment with capacity of 1.5-2 tons, in case of maintenance and repair.
2. The main body and blower fan should base on reinforced concrete foundation horizontally; the cyclone container and de-duster can be reinforced by concrete at the bottom after installation.
3. Liners are compulsory between flanges during installation.; |
